Information on delivery & returns

UK Delivery

We offer delivery for UK mainland from £7.50.

Outside Mainland UK

If you live in the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern or Southern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands, please contact us for delivery prices.

Delivey Charges

For all orders there is a fixed price of £7.50 (exc. VAT) This applies only to the UK Mainland Orders.

Despatch

Deliveries are usually made within 24 hours from date of despatch.

Delivery Time

Your order will typically be delivered to you between the hours of 7am to 8pm, Monday to Friday. We are unfortunately unable to specify the time at which the goods will be delivered to you. We can either deliver your order to the billing address for the card you use to pay for your order, or you can specify an alternative address, such as a workplace or friend/family address (UK only) at checkout.

Alternative Address

The alternative delivery address must be in the UK (i.e. has a Royal Mail postcode). We will not despatch to PO Box addresses.

Statutory Rights

The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
